This month, pace yourselves. I’m stoked to take my little one to the Ren Fest, DinoTrek at Nashville Zoo, Gnu Tales: Improvised Fairytales at Third Coast Comedy Club, and a Nashville Sounds game - all for the first time! A well-balanced mix, much like MDNT at Midday on May 9th. They’ll have live music, improv, interactive paint splatter art, coffee, a kids’ zone, and free B12 shots - enter to win a pair of tickets!

• MOVIES IN THE PARK: FOOTLOOSE (5/13) - Not only is this a free movie at Riverfront Park, but Category 10 will be there before and after the showing to give a free lesson to learn the legendary Footloose line dance!

• MOVIES UNDER THE GIANT GUITAR: JURASSIC PARK (5/14) - Head to The Outfield communal green space just beneath the Wedgewood Houston’s iconic guitar-shaped scoreboard with blankets. Win popcorn and drinks on us!*

• OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHT: MINARI (5/15) - In honor of Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month, New Heights Brewing will host a free showing of Minari, with a $1 from each pint sold going to benefit Nashville International Center for Empowerment. Donations suggested!

• MAY MOVIE NIGHT: NATIONAL TREASURE (5/21) - Pack up the chairs, the kids, and your dog and enjoy a free screening of National Treasure at the OG Tailgate Brewery.

• SUMMER MOVIE NIGHT SERIES: DR. SEUSS’ THE LORAX (5/29) - Another summer season of cinema under the stars returns to Tanger Outlets. We’ll see you on The Green!

• LILO & STITCH: MOCO MOVIE NIGHT (5/30) - Montgomery County Parks and Recreation is hosting another season of MoCo Movie Nights for a family fun night at the Downtown Commons!

• NASHVILLE SCENE’S MOVIES IN THE PARK SERIES (6/4 - 6/25) - The 32nd Annual Season kicks off June 4th with A Cinderella Story and continues Thursday in June with Hannah Montana The Movie, Zootopia 2, and Back To School at Elmington Park! Free to attend, arrive early for food trucks and games.
